The RetroVent - heat recovery with a twist

Award winning ventilation manufacturer, EnviroVent, have developed the RetroVent, a through the wall single room heat recovery unit. This ingenious innovation uses the principals of thermal conduction found in early 20th century steam locomotives and adapts them to fit modern innovative technology. However, what really sets the RetroVent apart from the competition is the twisted design of the tubes inside the tubular heat exchange cell. This unique design allows the air to cyclone around the barrel, just like a corkscrew, a process which allows the air a longer period of contact through the cell, enabling it to build up a greater amount of thermal conductivity (heat) to return into the room. The RetroVent brings a new dimension in technology to the world of ventilation.

energiVent® FLOW

energiVent® FLOW brings a new dimension to heat recovery designed for the home, offering the cleanest system possible. Recognising the importance of sustainability and longevity, energiVent® FLOW is designed to outlast the lifecycle of the property it is installed in, engineered with sustainable components to substantially reduce maintenance and lifecycle costs. At the heart of the unit is an ultra efficient counter –flow heat exchange cell, which combined with the eco-technology of the Ultra Low Watt DC Motor, allows the MVHR to operate at outstanding levels of energy efficiency, reducing carbon emissions. This application creates a healthy and ideal environment by providing a constant supply of clean, tempered air into the property or building to maintain stable humidity levels, free from condensation and mould.

The Lifetime Range®

The Lifetime Range® caters for all domestic ventilation applications. Each product is designed to last the life span of the building it is installed in, with recyclable components and a 5 year on-going warranty. At the core of each application is the EnviroVent Ultra Low Watt DC/EC Motor which allows fans to operate using the lowest possible energy, generating efficient power and thereby reducing carbon emissions. The range includes extract fans, mechanical extract ventilation, positive/multiple Input ventilation and heat recovery systems.

The EnviroVent Filterless Exactor Fan

Fans for Life not for Landfill - The slogan is synonymous with the EnviroVent Filterless Extact Fan which won the prestigious Queens Award for Enterprise last April. All repair, maintenance and component replacement is carried out simply and quickly by exchanging the plug out/plug in central cartridge. By focusing on this rapid internal unit eliminates the need for re-decoration and alternative wiring, this replacement can be carried in seconds by non-electrically qualified staff. This ‘when necessary’ cartridge exchange- with reworked components ensures that the basic fan installation will remain intact throughout the repair cycle of the dwelling, removing the wasteful disposal of plastic and other non biodegradable material to landfill sites.

EnviroVent will showcase their first commercial application at EcoBuild this year. energiVent® Impact is a single room heat recovery unit for both energy conscious new build and refurbishment projects. Idea for for smaller commercial premises such as schools, pubs, libraries, GP’s surgeries and gyms. energiVent® Impact is designed to outlast the lifecycle of the property it is installed in, engineered with sustainable components to substantially reduce maintenance and lifecycle costs.
