Fiberweb Geosynthetics will be displaying products from their Terram Ground Reinforcement Solutions range, formally branded Boddingtons, offering a range of ground reinforcement and protection products, for both grass and gravel surfaces. Key products on show will include Terram BodPave®85; the new, next generation in ground reinforcement paving grids. The product offers a strong (up to 400 t/m2), interlocking, 100% recycled cellular porous plastic solution for grass reinforcement, ground stabilisation and gravel retention for regularly trafficked surfaces (pedestrians and vehicles). The product is UV stabilised (HDPE) and is chemically inert & non-toxic offering a strong, durable, safe and eco-friendly surface. Features include a unique open cell structure which promotes optimum grass growth and drainage, integral ground spikes to resist deformation and lateral movement and cell ‘castellations’ to improve traction and lateral grass root growth. Applications include grass or gravel car parks, fire access routes, coach parks, gravel driveways, golf buggy paths, grass paths and wheelchair access routes. Fiberweb Geosynthetics will also showcase their enhanced Terram GrassProtecta® grass protection product, which is a heavy duty thick polyethylene mesh with a special oscillated structure, designed to increase traction and improve slip resistance. The product is supplied on a roll and is rolled-out (and fixed) directly on to existing grassed surfaces prone to wear or rutting. Terram GrassProtecta® allows the grass to grow through the mesh creating a natural grassed surface suitable for both vehicles and pedestrian. Applications include overflow grass car parks, disabled access routes, lawn parking and pedestrian grass paths.

GrassProtecta grass reinforcement mesh quickly disappears from view as the grass grows through and intertwines with the thick mesh apertures. this interlock creates a very strong reinforced surface ideal for overflow car parks, disabled DDA & wheelchair access routes, grass paths and golf buggy routes.
GrassProtecta grass protection mesh
GrassProtecta is an extruded thick heavy duty plastic mesh designed to be installed onto existing grass surfaces to reinforce the surface for applications including overflow car parks. The grass grows through the mesh apertures, creating an interlock resulting in a string surface that should not become muddy or rutted.
BodPave85 Grass Paver
BodPave85 installations can be designed for gravel or grass surfaces and incorporate a geogrid stabilistion grid and a geotextile where applicable. The sub-base should be free draining and BodPave85 is ideal as a 'source control' layer within a Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SuDS)
