Making Your Dream Home Happen
The front cover house is a typical reader home. Bill and Liz Heath wanted a home to live in for the rest of their lives, so they demolished their bungalow and built a state-of-art eco house in its place. The home is complete with an air source heat pump and a heat recovery and ventilation system. The property cost £450,000 and yet now has a value of £1.3 million. Proof that spending money on eco solutions does not always need to be a long-term financial plan.
