We strongly believe it is our corporate and social responsibility to preserve the world's forests and promote effective forestry management. We have been awarded accreditation from FSC and PEFC and are therefore able to consistently provide goods from legal and sustainable forest sources.
We are active members of TRADA and the Wood 4 Good campaign, as well as signatories to the Government led Responsible Purchasing Policy, further confirming our stated aim to help preserve world forests and promote effective forestry management.
Formwork Products
Concrete forming panels products from Arnold Laver Timber World are designed to allow you to achieve an efficient and effective finish on all of your formwork projects. Our extensive product range allows you to choose the best material for every application, with a stock holding that allows for maximum flexibility. Environmental considerations are fundamental to all our operations and therefore the entire range of formwork products carries an FSC or PEFC accreditation. This provides you, and your client, with the necessary assurances in terms of sustainability and peace of mind. We provide a wide range of products, all of which are held in stock and available trough our fast and reactive delivery service. Cladding
At Arnold Laver Timber World we have been working with timber for over ninty years, and we recognise that the appeal of the natural materials such as wood, is based partly on its inherent beauty and strength. This is demonstrated in the growing popularity and appreciation of timber when it is used for cladding of a building, whether it is a provate property or a commercial application "A single source solution" - we have developed what we believe is a first-class product and service offer, which combined, provides our customers with a single-source solution for all their cladding requirements. Ranging from advice on materials and designs through to installation, coating application and planned maintenance. All of our cladding is held in stock with a wide range of profiles, however we can also supply material to a bespoke profile through our in-house manufacturing facility. Materials can be supplied part and full finished and also be treated with fire retardant where required. The flexible wood backing system by Arnold Laver Timber World This unique system from Arnold Laver reduces installation time by up to 90% - just Snap, Flex and Screw The clever combination of a patented hinge that actually flexes around the stud and snaps into place and a heavy-duty flexible wood backing system. This can also be supplied with the Dricon Class A fire retardant system. Danback is specifically designed to support cabinets, shelves, handrails, wall mounted sinks and counters, providing superior connection shear and pull-out strength to support even the heaviest of loading conditions. It is also ideal for bracing and bridging.
