Housebuilder Media (HBM) publish 'HOUSEBUILDER' magazine, the longest established & leading house building title in the UK. The magazine is sent out ten times a year to all NHBC and HBF (Home Builders Federation) registered active housebuilders. These companies currently account for nearly 85% of all new build housing built in the UK. HBM also organise the 'HOUSEBUILDER AWARDS' which acknowledge and reward those companies who are demonstrating innovation and excellence, and 'HOUSING MARKET INTELLIGENCE'- comprising of an annual CEO/Director level conference & substantial annual report. In addition, HBM also produces 'HOUSING MARKET REPORT' a statistical monthly review of activities in the market.
