REA - the Voice of the UK Renewables Industry

The Renewable Energy Association is the industry body representing renewable energy producers and promoting the use of sustainable energy in the UK.

One of REA’s strengths is our breadth of experience – we cover the full spectrum of the renewable energy technologies across all the sectors; power, heat, transport and renewable gas. Our ever-increasing membership is over 950 companies, ranging from major multi-nationals through to sole traders.

A trusted voice for the industry, we undertake policy development and provide input to government departments, agencies, regulators, NGOs and others. Alongside our conferences & workshops, we provide members with technical, legal, commercial and environmental information.

With our 15% total renewable energy target by 2020, this must be the decade of delivery for renewables in the UK.

This year the REA is excited to be hosting the REA Biomass Heat Pavilion located in the south hall on stand number S3541.

The REA will also be holding Expert Overview Briefings on the RHI and the FIT. Stop by at the designated times and hear the latest up-date on the RHI & FITs schemes from the REA policy experts. Free, 15 minute sessions followed by Q&A.
