Andrews Solar Water Heating for New Van Hage Garden and Leisure Retail Store
Andrews Water Heaters, part of Baxi Commercial Division, has supplied a solar water heating system for the new, award-winning Van Hage garden and leisure retail store at Peterborough Garden Park, Peterborough. Selected by consulting engineers Patrick Mills Associates, the SOLARflo system preheats water serving two Andrews ECOflo water heaters which supply domestic hot water to the whole building.

The condensing FASTflo from Andrews Water Heaters has been redesigned internally to accommodate an additional heat exchanger and condensate collector, so that it now offers impressive efficiency levels of up to 103%. Andrews Water Heaters for Leeds Rugby Club
Andrews Water Heaters, part of Baxi Commercial Division, has supplied four FASTflo gas-fired, instantaneous water heaters in a recent refurbishment carried out at the Roundhegians Rugby Football Club in Leeds. Serving 16 newly installed showers that are used by a number of senior and junior rugby teams, these units replace a previous boiler/calorifier installation which supplied the traditional communal baths.
SOLARflo from Andrews Water Heaters Installed in the Beacon Centre for the Blind, Wolverhampton
Andrews Water Heaters, part of Baxi Commercial Division, has supplied two SOLARflo water heating systems, along with Queen’s Award winning MAXXflo condensing water heaters, for the new Beacon Centre for the Blind in Wolverhampton. The centre brings together services for people with sight loss which were previously housed in eight separate buildings on the seven acre site.

In Andrews Water Heaters’ largest SOLARflo water heating installation to date, the newly opened Travelodge in Fulham has been equipped with 33 solar panels, 3 single coil pre-heat tanks and 2 ECOflo water heaters which supply domestic hot water to the 74 rooms, each of which has an en suite bath or shower room.

The Caravan Club is using LPG-fired combined heat and power (CHP) to meet its energy needs and help to fulfil its ‘green’ ambitions. The Hillhead site in South Devon uses a Dachs CHP unit supplied by Baxi-SenerTec UK to heat and power communal areas and its outdoor swimming pool.
