This picture clearly shows what makes Aquabion work, (where so many others fail) stopping energy wastage directly by allowing appliances to heat water directly (without the insulation effect on limescale on the heating element), and indirectly because appliances will not prematurely fail due to over heating (electric showers and hot water boilers are particularly effected by this). It also reduces the use of cleaning chemicals by as much as 50% in the case of washing machine powders. Depending on the cleaning chemicals used this significant reduction can have a massive environmental benefit Existing limescale is removed and prevented from forming in the first place, by the Patented method of using a Zinc Sacrificial Anode and precision Agitators. The zinc ions react with the calcium ions forming aragonite, which removes existing limescale and does not in itself build up.
