General Questions

Q. How much does it cost to attend?

A. Entry is FREE when you register online through the website. 

Q. Who should visit the show?

A. Visitors include contractors, developers, housebuilders, manufacturers, architects, interior designers, specifiers, buyers and distributors. Anyone in the business of the built environment will benefit from visiting Ecobuild.

Q. Who can attend Ecobuild?

A. Anyone who is a trade or business professional in the design & construction and energy sector.

Q. Who is exhibiting at Ecobuild?

A. The most exciting names in the Design, Construction and Energy sector. The 2017 exhibitor list is not live yet so take a look back at the 2016 exhibitor list.

How to Visit

Q. How do I register for the show?

A. Registration for Ecobuild 2017 is not yet live - click here to register your interest.

Q. Can I attend on more than one day?

A. Yes. Your badge gives you access to all three days of the show.

Q. Can you help with hotel and travel arrangements?

A. Our travel and stay page has information on getting to the ExCeL arena and accommodation there.

Q. Can I drive and park at ExCeL?

We encourage all visitors to use public transport where possible to attend Ecobuild. However we understand this isn't always possible. There is parking onsite at ExCeL, at a flat day rate of £15, payable on the day.

Venue Access & Facilities

Q. Are there disabled facilities at the Excel?

A. All levels of the ExCeL are accessible to wheelchair users via ramps or lifts. The ExCeL arena also has wheelchairs available for hire, please email info@excel.london with any queries about wheelchair hire.

Q. UNDER 16’s ACCESS

A. Children are not allowed within the exhibition at any time during build up or breakdown. During show open if any visitors arrive with small children, they can gain access by coming to the organiser’s office onsite and completing the necessary paperwork. All children under age of 10 will need to wear a wristband with their parent’s mobile number on.
