Diana is a passionate strategist with over 12 years’ experience driving value creation for business innovation and growth.
She has worked with businesses in different sectors developing innovative approaches for integrating, managing and measuring social, economic and environmental impacts. In recent years she worked with Heathrow’s noise and sustainability agendas, in particular on the monetisation of noise effects on health and wellbeing.
Also, she has helped organisations crafting comprehensive value creation strategies aligning commercial, financial and social objectives to generate lasting positive impact. Diana worked for more than 5 years in the banking sector, promoting responsible finance and the incorporation of environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors into credit analysis. She has also advised the United Nations Human Settlement Program on sustainable urban economic development and social housing policies.
Currently, she works as an Associate at Hoare Lea and it is difficult to clearly define her role (indeed she was offered a position with no defined role!). She works strategy, innovation and culture within the Firm, assisting and informing current and future business plans and encouraging cross-discipline working. She has also developed holistic sustainability strategies for large master planning projects in the UK.
Diana’s formal degree level qualifications comprised economics, philosophy, and socially focussed sustainability.
